This feature allows you to view Call History on a range of IP phones. You can view information about calls that you have made and received on the display by pressing keys on the phone.
Depending on the set, Call History can be programmed as a
Feature key - recommended for small-display IP sets, such as the 5312 and 5324
OR
Application (Menu key) - recommended for large-display IP sets, including: 5320/5320e, 5330/5330e, 5340/5340e, 5360, and 5560 IPT
NOTE: The Call History Feature and Application are independent of each other. For sets that support both, disabling the Feature does not prevent you from accessing the call history records through the Menu (Application) key.
The 69xx IP Phone also provides a Call History application but it's accessed using a dedicated key. There are also differences in how the call records are presented on the phones; see Call History Application for details.
